Shipping & Delivery
How will my product be packed?
Don’t worry, your print will be carefully rolled and packed in a cardboard tube to ensure that it does not crease.
When will my product be delivered?
If the item you wish to purchase is in stock then the following shipping times apply…

UK standard delivery

(3 –6 working days)

Europe standard delivery

Rest of the world standard delivery

Bellazan will make every effort to dispatch goods within two working days, and hope to achieve delivery to UK addresses within seven days of receipt of your order, provided the goods are in stock. However, this may vary in peak periods such as Christmas.

Europe and Rest of World deliveries are sent by Air Mail and can normally be expected to arrive within 7 days. However we ask that you allow 14 days from dispatch before contacting us.

Made to order products such as personalised prints may take up to 8 weeks for UK delivery and 10 weeks for international.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of items that have become out of stock.  If you are interested in ordering an item that is currently “Out of Stock” and wish to pre-order,

please email info@bellazan.com and we will be able top assist you with this matter and advise of expected delivery.

Part Deliveries
If you have ordered more than one item, from time to time we may have to deliver your order in separate shipments.

How much will shipping cost?
Please email info@bellazan.com for individual shippimg costs.

There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. Bellazan Ltd is not responsible for paying these charges.

Is my product insured?
All Bellazan Ltd Shop orders are sent via Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

If you require additional insurance please email info@bellazan.com prior to purchasing your item for available options in regards to additional insurance.

Returns
What is your return policy?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to give you a refund. In the case of refunds this will include the outbound delivery cost. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

This does not extend to custom prints which are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note that as Leather is a natural substrate, each piece will have it’s own unique characteristics which may affect the printing.  This is unavoidable and therefore not deemed as “faulty”.  Please note that all products are individually checked before being shipped to our customers for quality and control.  If you have any questions in regards to this, please contact us via email on info@bellazan.com.

 

International

International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU. If you are returning anything to us from outside the UK you must complete a customs declaration, correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. We will not pay customs duty in order to receive back the returned item(s).

We accept secure payments via our website with a credit or debit card.

If you would prefer to pay via BACS transfer please email info@bellazan.com and we will arrange this for you.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason then please email info@bellazan.com

If your order has not yet been shipped and you have paid online then we will be able to issue you a refund.  You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been issued.

If you have paid via BACS transfer or Gift Certificate and wish to cancel your order then please email info@bellazan.com

If you item has already been shipped then you will need to return it to us within 28 days to request a refund.

When will my credit card be billed?
Your card will usually be charged immediately.  It may take some time to show in your account depending on your bank.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
Leather is a natural substrate and each piece will have its own characteristics.  We believe that this enhances your product and makes it truly unique!

All our products are lightly embossed to show a natural “grain” look on the leather which may slightly alter definition on images compared to printing on a flat piece of white paper.

However please be assured that all products are individually checked prior to being shipped for quality and control.

How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
Please note that sizes can vary slightly due to the nature of the leather as each hide will have it’s own unique characteristics.

We do our very best to give you a true guide to sizing on all our products but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact info@bellazan.com and we will be able to assist you.

Handbag Care
How to care for your Handbag
Your handbag is stunning and we want you to be able to keep it that way!  Take care not to scratch or rub your bag against abrasive surfaces. Try to keep away from direct sunlight and other heat sources such as radiators as well as wet or humid environments.  Your beautiful handbag comes with a dust bag so please use this to sore your bag as it will help to prevent the build-up of dust when it is not being used as well as prevent any accidental scratches whilst being stored.

Keep your bag away from water and if it does get wet or dirty on the surface please use an absorbent cloth and pat dry… do not rub!  As this may cause damage to the print.

Most of all enjoy using your bag… it is stunning and so are you!

Various
What does ‘Limited Edition’ mean?
Limited Edition means that there will only ever be a certain number of prints produced and once they have all been sold then there will not be any more available.

Each Limited Edition will come with a signed certificate of authenticity from the original artist/photographer with a watermark and fluorescent security fibres.

A serialised numbered hologram will also be added. A second, identically numbered hologram will also be applied to the reverse side of the artwork.

The combination of certificate and hologram assures that each Certificate of Authenticity relates to one particular Alussa Printed Leather piece of Art.

What are the mounting options you offer?
All our prints are sold unframed with a white boarder to aid your framing needs.

Our recommended Art of Leather framer is Images in Frames who can be found here at https://imagesinframes.com  or by emailing info@imagesinframes.com directly.

What are the mounting options you suggest?
This really is a personal choice but we prefer to mount our prints on to foam board and place in a tray frame.

We tend not to cover the print with glass as we don’t want to hide the natural look of the leather… be warned though as our art is often touched as people can’t resist the luxury feel of out exceptional Italian leather!
